Nython Lyon reveals his text message to Australia’s head coach Andrew Mc Donald that he will loves to play for Australia in Odi Worldcup in India. When Nython learn than Aston Ager has been ruled out from wordcup due to calf injury and now Australia has been left with only one full time spinner Adam Zampa.
The Kangaroos spin departments will become more stronger with Nython Lyon as he has lots of experience of International cricket. Nython recently play lots of cricket in India and well aware of Indian pitches which can be a positive side for Austrlia.
The 35 old year Lyon tells that he texted the head coach that he will loves to play for Australia in Odi Worldcup in India.He told about his preparations for 50 over worldcup when he get to know Aston Ager has been removed from the squad. Marnus Labuschagne was asked to come as an replacement for injured Aston Agar .
“I said, just to let you know I’m right to go, 100 percent. If that happened , I’d anything to go over and play the World Cup.”Nython said.
“However,for the sake of Australia, let’s hope if doesn’t happen because a lot of things would have to go wrong for that to happen .I sincerely hope they have a successful campaign when they get out there,” he added .Nython takes 4 wickets in 3 matches in odi worldcup 2019 . Nython take 29 wickets in Odi with an average of 46.
